Our Policies

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations and no-shows are charged because that appointment time is reserved just for you and can’t always be filled last minute. We will always do our best to fill your appointment from the waitlist to avoid a fee. The earlier you let us know, the better chance we have. Missed appointments mean lost income for our technicians, and this policy protects their livlihood.

Running late? Please let us know. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to abbreviate your service to stay on schedule. If there is no longer enough time to complete your service, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and the applicable fee will apply. Calling or emailing to let us know you’re running late does not waive the fee.

If we’re ever running behind, we’ll communicate with you as soon as possible.
