We always accept walk-ins, but encourage you to book online to secure your desired appointment time.

We ask that you give us 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. We understand that life happens; if you’re running late please give us a ring.

Azalea City Nails values your time, and the time of our nail technicians. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy without exception. By making an appointment over the phone or online you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. We understand that things like illness, work, emergencies, and delayed flights are out of your control, but they are also out of our control – so they are not exempt from the last-minute cancellation policy. Your nail tech works on commission, so if you don’t show, they do not get paid. The cancellation fee goes to them to make up for their lost time. We appreciate our clients understanding that our nail techs’ livelihoods are of the utmost importance.

Canceling an appointment with less than 24-hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the total services booked. We will always do our best to fill your appointment with clients from our waitlist to avoid charges. In most cases (and with at least a few hours notice) we can fill your appointment time. The sooner we know, the better!

No-call, no-show will result in a 100% charge for the total services booked.

If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to abbreviate your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late we treat this as a late cancellation and you will be charged 100% of your total services booked.

Out of respect for our nail technicians’ and clients’ time, online booking will not be available to clients after one no-call/no-show appointment.

At this time we will not be taking clients under the age of eight years old. If an appointment is made for anyone under eight it will be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
